If you find yourself in Tucson, AZ, and have a craving for authentic Mexican cuisine, look no further than Seis Kitchen. Nestled at 1765 E River Rd #131, this vibrant eatery offers an array of tantalizing dishes that celebrate the rich flavors of Mexican cuisine while providing a welcoming atmosphere.

At Seis Kitchen, every dish is crafted with love and an emphasis on fresh, local ingredients. The menu boasts an impressive variety of platters and tacos, making it easy for you to sample a range of flavors. Start your culinary adventure with a dozen of their Chicken Mini Chimis, where crispy perfection meets a savory filling, or opt for the Chicken Taquitos, a wholesome choice that will transport your tastebuds straight to Mexico. The real star of the show, however, might just be the taco platters. Whether you go for the Dozen Birria Tacos or the mouthwatering Dozen Al Pastor Tacos, each taco is bursting with flavor, showcasing tender meats wrapped in warm, soft tortillas. Don’t forget to complement your meal with one of their delicious beverages, like the Maya South Indian Black Iced Tea, served iced and perfect for quenching your thirst under the Arizona sun.

The atmosphere at Seis Kitchen is just as inviting as the food. With an outdoor patio that invites you to soak up the warm Tucson sun, dining here feels like a delightful Mexican getaway. Picture yourself kicking back with friends, enjoying a round of spicy margaritas, and savoring the vibrant flavors on your plate. While the ambiance is generally relaxed and friendly, it's worth noting some patrons have experienced a bit of a wait during peak times. Nevertheless, the overall energy of the place exudes a sense of community and joy—perfect for gathering with loved ones.

But don’t just take my word for it. Locals rave about their experiences! One customer, Tony Pennella, shared, “I have been to Seis at least 5 times, and every single time I am very satisfied.” Another patron, Howard Smith, enthusiastically recalls enjoying a seafood taco medley that left him eager to return. On the flip side, a few reviews hint at areas for improvement, particularly regarding service speed at busy times. However, many continue to express their intent to return—not just for the food but also for the friendly vibe.

So, if you’re in the mood for a satisfying meal full of authentic flavors and a casual dining experience, Seis Kitchen should be your next stop. Gather your friends or family, explore the menu, and dive into a celebration of Mexican cuisine that celebrates the heart of Tucson!

I have been to Seis at least 5 times and every single time very satisfied. They do have a good selection of food that can be adapted for vegetarians. Their drinks are really good also( I tried the non alcoholic variety)

This was my first time at Seis Kitchen, and I was not disappointed. It was a warm Sunday afternoon, and I ate outside on the patio. I ordered the seafood taco medly ( grilled fish, crunchy fish, and shrimp), which came with a side salad. Everything was delicious, and I had no room for dessert. I will be back and recommend Seis Kitchen to anyone looking for a nice Mexican meal.

Absolutely love the food and drinks here and I wish I could give this place a 5 star rating but I cannot because of the service. The young gentleman that checked us in was friendly but he forgot one of our drinks and we waited a very long time on our food. We waited around 40 minutes for our food and the servers and cooks did not seem to care. In fact we could see the kitchen from where we sat, and there was absolutely no motivation! Like I said food was amazing and if the service gets better it would be a great place!

Margies were delicious, chips and salsa terrific however the tacos platters were underwhelming. We had chicken tinga, puerco verde, carne asada and just not very flavorful and corn tortillas fell apart instantly. I like the environment and staff were great so I’d try again … maybe burritos or nachos.

The Avacado Taco is primo. The esquites wasn't exactly what I was expecting, but very tasty nonetheless. The Spicy Margarita was the shining star of the meal, though. Absolutely recommend. I know cilantro is a staple of SW cuisine, but every dish our party had was covered in it. Definitely worth taking note if you aren't a fan! Staff didn't seem very knowledgeable about menu and was bothered to be asked for more chips. Otherwise pretty great casual dining experience.
